Why I became a Beachbody Coach
I want to inspire others to make positive changes in their life so that they can live a healthy, happy, fulfilling life.
I’ve struggled with my weight since I was very young, lost & gained so many pounds over & over, tried so many diets, too many of the latest weight loss gimmicks to name, and it’s been an ongoing battle ever since. But I’m so sick of yo-yo diets, I’m sick of the number on the scale controlling my life, I’m so tired of those extra 15 lbs. or so haunting me, (it’s not so much about the number it’s the thicker thighs & flabby belly) I am so ready to be over it, so I finally made a decision that this matters and I deserve to live fit, live happy. I want to change more than I want to stay the same. I don’t want to wake up one day with regrets for all that I could have done and didn’t do.
I’ve been on a journey to become healthier, happier, a better version of myself and I feel amazing! I’ve changed so much from the inside out. I’ve been eating healthier, exercising daily, and I finally have found what works for me.
I am so excited about life & living it to the fullest and I want to inspire & help others to feel like I do, that I signed up to be a Team Beachbody Coach. I’ve had success with the products and I wouldn’t share something that didn’t work for me and that I didn’t believe in. What I love most is that you don’t have to do it alone, you have support and they don’t promote quick fixes, it’s about lasting results, it’s a lifestyle, it’s not a diet.
I’ve used the workout programs for years and I love them and have gotten great results. I would rather work-out at home for 30 mins. then spending half my day going to the gym. But the key element that’s been missing for me is accountability, support, motivation, and guidance to stick to my clean eating plan and staying on track. I’ve finally found that with an amazing group of women in a Challenge Group. They are there to support each other, listen, build each other up & offer help every step of the way.
I love how I feel making better food choices, drinking my shakeology daily, & doing my workouts. I’m happier, more confident, and healthier than I’ve ever been!

If we don’t have our HEALTH then what do we have. Too often I see women who take care of everyone but themselves. I was one of them and it showed I was overweight, depressed, zero confidence, and just felt lost. You need to start taking care of you because we can’t fully be all that we are capable of being if we don’t take care of ourselves.
