Trying to stay on your health & fitness journey while travelling can be challenging at times! But staying on track is possible with some planning ahead & determination to stick to your goals!

Packing food to take along on your trip
Here is an example of a simple meal prep that will keep you on track with your nutrition nutrition plan. This example is packed breakfast, snacks, lean protein, and cut vegetables that you could munch as snacks or mix together for a meal. Some ideas of some things to buy & prepare ahead are: unsweetened instant oatmeal packets (add your own fruit/nuts/cinnamon,etc), sliced cucumbers, baked sweet potatoes, shredded chicken, bell peppers, baby carrots, a whole lot of mixed nuts and travel packets of Beachbody Performance Recover to refuel after your vaca workouts (yes don’t skip your workouts even on vaca!!) And I take my Shakeology on all my Vacations!

It’s OK to keep things simple
Protein with some veggies ~ cooked chicken with cut up veggies bagged or carry in a convenient container for a healthy snack that will keep you full longer!

Don’t overcomplicate trying to stay healthy ~ you can easily stay on track by packing snacks & meals ahead of time!! Portion out some fruit, cheese & crackers, whole grain chips or crackers with salsa or cheese, or even make a sandwich ahead of time!! You could easily accomplish all of these same ideas once you arrive at your destination. Go to the local grocery store and purchase some simple healthy meals for lunch and save your treat for going out in the evening for dinner;
