Healthy Recipe for Pumpkin Protein Oatmeal:
1/2 cup of rolled oats
1/2 cup of egg whites
1/2 cup of pumpkin puree
1 tbsp. of unsweetened almond milk
sprinkle of stevia
*Optional: ground flax seed (orange container)
Combine all the ingredients. Add one tsp of coconut oil to your frying pan and heat up. Add your ingredients to pan and cook on medium.
Stir often. They will only take about 5 mins. to cook. This depends on the consistency you like, more dry or more moist.
Drizzle with agave nectar. (a low glycemic sweetener)
