This metabolism immune boosting detox drink contains a number of powerful health boosting ingredients. Apple cider vinegar contains acetic acid which helps to lower blood pressure, lemon juice regulates pH, cinnamon balances blood sugar and cayenne pepper boosts metabolism. - 1/2 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- a pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp Manuka honey or stevia
- 1 tbsp organic apple cider vinegar
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 cup filtered water
Add all the ingredients into a shaker cup with a lid, and shake to combine.
Alternatively add all the ingredients to warm water, and mix with a spoon.
You can drink three times daily 20 minutes before meals for two weeks to jumpstart healthy eating & weightloss, then consuming it one time a day before breakfast or lunch.
