My Week One journey with The Shift Shop Workout
💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻The start of this new program couldn’t have been any better in timing for me!!
I am ready for a shift!! In my mind & body!! I have been so stuck lately and I’ve gotten off track and need to recommit to my health and fitness journey!!
And it was perfect timing for me to start a new program, Beachbody just released a new workout program called shift shop!!
It’s a breakthrough rapid rebuild program that helps anyone of any age your fitness level reach maximum results and minimal time brand-new from a brand new trainer to Beachbody!!…
I started on Monday, July 17 and I am so excited for this program!!
It is a little bit more of a restricted clean eating meal plan and each week you amp up your workouts a little bit and a little bit stricter on the meal plan eating less carbs by week three no carbs!!
So in three weeks you can totally transform your body and get amazing results!!
In the preliminary groups people were getting awesome results!!
So like I said it’s perfect timing I’m joining my team of other coaches for a Dream Team challenge group, a test group to kick off the release of Shift Shop!
So stay tuned for my results over the next three weeks!! I will share my journey, I will share what the meal plans like and the nutrition guide, share with the workouts are like with sneak peaks and I will share my results!!!

My Review on the Shift Shop Nutrition
By Day 3 I was already feeling so much better eating better! This is simply healthy wholesome eating! I was starting to feel less bloated, not as sluggish & heavy feeling. Man on Monday when I started I was so bloated and puffy, it was ridiculous and I felt it!
Day 5 and loving it so far, even with the more restrictive meal plan/food list its not bad! Honestly I had gotten off track that I really needed something like this to discipline me to stay on the healthy track!
So its perfect to mix things up if your stuck, hit a plateau, gone of the healthy tracks, or are just starting out and really want to jumpstart getting fast results!!
I stuck to the meal plan pretty great all week!! But of course the weekend came along, weekends are always harder! We like to go out or have friends over to socialize & have cocktails!! We had a small gathering planned to chill poolside and hang out one last time before my daughters goes off to college so it was hard to resist celebrating!! So I cheated and gave in on Saturday, but I feel like I still got good results and am still feeling great even though I had mimosas & corona light!

Meals from Shift Shop Week One
Super easy to make and the portion controlled containers make it a no brainer to make sure you are on the right track with your portion size.
Here’s what a typical day looked like:
- Breakfast 2 eggs, 1 cup spinach and 2 tbsp of cheese
- Snack 1 chocolate vegan Shakeology with 12 oz cold water and 1/2 banana
- lunch is lettuce, veggies, approved dressing, 1 red container of meat (usually chicken), 1/8 c avocado and 1 yellow beans or other healthy carb
- Afternoon snack was 1 cup berries or apple and 2 tsp almond butter Or Celery with nut butter
- Dinner is 1 red of grilled chicken, 1 green of broccoli and 1 yellow of sweet potato
You obviously don’t have to eat exactly that but for my meal plan this is what a typical day is for me! I also get to to have energize and recovery from the Beachbody Performance line. Each participant has a different calorie level based on their body type, weight and goals.
My Review on the Shift Shop Week One Workouts
Day 4 strength:25✅
This workout is to build a strong foundation with easy to learn 1 minute intervals of resistance movements designed to set you up for success !!
And there is always a modifier in every workout until you build your strength!!
The entire first week is 25 minute workouts with the exception of 2 days where you add in the core. You get a rest day or stretch day on the 7th day.
The equipment needed for this workout are the 4 agility markers, a set of light and medium weights, and it does come with a sandbag (But I don’t have the agility markers or sandbag, so I stuck with my weights and I used posti it notes as my markers! I really need to get the agility markers though) You don’t need a ton of space to do this workout, I did most of the workouts from my dining room.

Sticking to the Shift Shop Meal Plan on the Go: I would just mix up my Shakeology if I had to leave the house to run errands or throw my apple in my purse! If I had been traveling I would have prepped the same meals ahead and had everything ready!

MY belly is flatter already! I haven’t taken measurements or numbers but I can see and feel the difference!! The brain fog from all the sugar & carbs is lifting, I feel lighter & full of energy again, I feel vibrant instead of sluggish, I am can feel the shift happening and it feels great!!
I don’t think I’ve ever seen results so quickly with another program!! I am loving this!! Yes the nutrition is dialed in and its a little more restrictive but I needed this, I needed discipline again, I needed to dial it in and get back on track and this is a perfect fit!! So I would recommend this to anyone!! You want to jumpstart things ~ YES, you fallen off track ~ YES, you need to dial in your nutrition ~ YES, you’ve hit a plateau ~ YES, you need a change ~ YES, you need a mind & body shift ~ YES, you need to find confidence in yourself ~ YES, you want to see what you can accomplish & be proud of yourself ~ YES!
